My clients had been contemplating whether to buy something new or renovate their existing home. The decision was finally made and we began the ground-up construction in October and the home was ready for move in the following June. The builder/contractor and I worked hand in hand to make this project run smoothly and efficiently. Since the home is a summer getaway, we kept to a minimal budget, and their wishes for a clean, modern, casual and livable family, entertaining home.
