This beautifully renovated 5-story townhouse in Brooklyn lies on a bucolic, tree-lined street in the heart of Carroll Gardens. We set out to upgrade the finishes and elevate the look of this spec home in order to better suit our clients’ entertaining lifestyle. Upon entering the home, the living room is anchored with a newly constructed fireplace fabricated with gorgeous Waterlily marble. Given the open concept of the parlor floor, we elevated the kitchen by integrating satin brass hardware and plumbing. Apparatus light fixtures brighten the dining room and kitchen while still complimenting the ​navy painted kitchen walls. We converted the lower level into another entertaining space that features an additional guest bedroom and bath. We integrated floor to ceiling oak bookcases in the home office and transformed the 4th floor bedroom into a chic and moody den complete with a custom wet bar. The Kenya Brown marble, painted millwork and dark grey walls perfectly compliment the iconic Yves Klein table. The home's outdoor space feels like a private oasis complete with a gorgeous custom marble table, cozy pillows, potted greenery and vines. Each space is brought to life by our clients’ incredible art collection.
